Kendriya Vidyalaya NHPC Chamera 1 has a beautiful and green campus with all amenities. It follows all parameters of safety and security. It has two blocks. First block from the entrance has the Principal office, Medical room, Computer lab, Geography lab, Sports Room, Library, Junior Science lab, Mathematics Lab, Yoga Room, Staff Room and classrooms. Washrooms are available for girls and boys on every floor.
2nd Block has Chemistry lab., Physics lab., Biology lab. , music Room, staff room, WE Room, Art Room and classrooms. Washrooms for girls and boys on every floor.
Both the Blocks are well maintained and clean.There is also an auditorium called Sur-Mandir.
For Sports activities:
Big ground for football and Cricket, Basketball Court, Volleyball Court, Badminton Court.
There are different kinds of trees,plants in the campus along with a beautiful Botanical garden .
